The Speedpack 483 is our compact sized advanced shape aero top
tube pack. The 483's advanced strap system allows it to
fit nearly any bike on the road, including bikes with
proprietary stems or handlebars. The ZeroSlip mount system also allows the pack to mount
securely to your top tube with ZERO
slipping
and without attaching to a stem or steerer
tube. Plus, the 483's full aero profile minimizes aero drag,
without needing to hide behind a stem. And reducing aero
drag means more speed at a given power output.
The Speedpack 483 is also
a great choice if your bike has top tube entry aero cabling
(shift/brake cables that enter the frame vertically behind the
handlebar stem). The 483
can mount nearly anywhere on your top tube since you don't need to
run any straps around your stem or steerer tube. The
Speedpack 483 also works well for riders that run
super low stems and just don't have the real estate to run straps
around their steerers.
Like our other Speedpacks, the 483's advanced computer-designed shape
derived from a NACA airfoil maximizes the pack's aero advantage.
