We don't store any of your data. We simply don't.

If You Message Us

We don't store or share your data for any marketing purposes. However, if you ask us a question, or want us to notify you when an item is back in stock, we will temporarily store your email address to message you back, but then your info is deleted.

Our Customers

If you buy from us, we do store your basic buyer info (name, email, order info, shipping address, etc., but NO financial or credit card info) in case a warranty or parts issue arises. But we never use buyer info for marketing purposes or share your info with anyone without your express permission (except with our payment processor). Since we use PayPal to process our payments, Dark Speed Works never receives or stores any of your financial info. However, PayPal may store some of your order info based on their own privacy policy.
