The shipping cost will be visible when you add items to your shopping
cart before you submit payment. Shipping for a single Speedpack is $7.30 to most US addresses (however, if you order more than
one Speedpack at the same time, the shipping cost per pack will be lower).
US shipping will usually be by US Postal Service with delivery
confirmation. Please allow at least 7 business days for your item to
arrive, although most of our US orders typically arrive much faster.
VAT and/or Customs Fees/Duties (if any)
Imposed by

Country are the Buyer's Responsibility.
for EU VAT, so online purchases
of any amount
destined for
the EU may be subject to VAT tax.
Since these vary greatly, any VAT and/or customs fees/duties imposed by
the receiving country are the buyer's responsibility. International
shipping will usually be via US Postal Service international mail.
***International shipping times vary greatly by country, but please
allow at least 15 to 30 days for your item to arrive. And, while not
common, some international orders have taken as long as 45 to 60 days to
arrive. This huge range in transit time has to do with some countries'
customs departments which occasionally intercept some inbound packages
for inspection.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please send us an email or call the phone number at the bottom of this page or on our company page and we will try to arrange a return, refund, exchange, or replacement. If you are located in the USA, you can return any completely new, unused, and uninstalled Speedpack to us postage paid within 30 days of your order date. For a full refund, returned packs must still be in 100% new condition; we are unable to accept returns of used, installed, dirty, or damaged items (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).
Upon receipt of your new returned item, we will promptly refund
the cost of the item. If the return is due to our error or due to a manufacturing defect, we will
also credit you for your return shipping costs and pay for shipping a
replacement back to you (some of these terms may be modified
for international buyers). If you have any questions,
